ABSTRACT
Imam Ibn-e-’Aabideen Shami was a great scholar. His book “Radd-ul-Muhtar” has great importance in Islamic Jurisprudence. In this book when Imam Shami disagrees with the opinion of other scholars or he has an objection on a decision etc., he uses three technical words: “Ta’ammal, Fata’ammal and Fal’uta’ammal”. These three words are called “Ta’ammulat-e-Shami”. In these “Ta’ammulat” he provokes scholars and his readers to investigate these “Ta’ammulat”. Some scholars discussed these “Ta’ammulat” in their books. Imam Rafei in his book “Taqrirat-ur-Rafei” discussed many “Ta’ammulat”. “Ta’ammulat” of “Bab-ul-Wazu & Bab-ul-Ghusl” of “Radd-ul-Muhtar” and their explanation from “Taqrirat-ur-Rafei” has been analysed in this article.

ABSTRACT
This article aims to understand and elaborate the key features of theexegesis “Tafsirul-Qur`an” written by Sir Sayyid Ahmad Khan (1817–1898), an Indian Muslim pragmatist, Islamic reformist and philosopher of nineteenth century British India. The quranicinterpretation“Tafsirul-Qur`an”of Khan, discusses the important characteristics of Islam based on rational, reasoning, and inference grounds. The tafsir elaborates the motives and reasons behind the creation, emergence, and acceptance of erroneous and misleading ideologies found in the human societies.“Tafsirul-Qur`an” especially identifies the weakness of the prevailing religious ideologies, and invites the "People of the Book" Ahle-Kitab, to accept the religion “Islam”after making a thoughtful, unbiased and logical comparison with the features of other religious ideologies.Khan has also addressed the disseminated misinformation and objections raised by the Orientalists about Islam, and has replied in a rationalistic and logical approach and manner. “Tafsirul-Qur`an” does not indulge in the linguistic and juristic (fiqhi) issues of the Qur’an, but strongly calls to be practical Muslims, and consider Qur’an as book of guidance.

For the purpose a questionnaire consisting 07 closed-ended and 05 open-ended questions was served to the teachers of the selected institutes 50 each. It is found from the collected data that both the types of institutes are using same approach but in case of maintaining discipline madrassa teachers are applying the instruction given in the Holy Quran or by the Holy Prophet (PBUH), therefore they are more satisfied and successful in case of required learning outcomes. It is recommended that if we want to see our coming generation successful, and obedient, we should not ignore/leave the teaching of the Holy Quran and of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

ABSTRACT
Sub-Continent is unique with regard to foreign intruders thoseare not only invaded subcontinent hailing from western border but also ruled over this rich subcontinent in terms of variety of people and cultures. They ruled over this area with full vigour and introduced series of administrative and educational changes. Mughal era is very pertinent in this regard. In fact, Mughal mostly indulged in the world of luxuries and romance to please and quench their desire of instinct. However, despite all these flaws and short comings, they paid heed to education and literary activities too. Mughal era started with arrival of Zaheer ud din Babar in 1526 A.D ended with Bahadur Shah Zafar following the tragedy of War of Independence 1857 A.D. They amply focused on expansions and constructions of buildings and monuments. In this article, we will discuss early lives, educational reforms and policies with regard to potent monarch such as Babar, Akbar and Auranzeb Alamgir in particular and others in general.

ABSTRACT
If one thing that the failed coup by a small but some of the top hierarchy of Turkish armed forces on that fateful July 15, 2016 day made clear, it was: the ordinary civilians, unarmed as they were poured into the streets to defend the government whatever way they can. This massive public sympathy and support for Turkish President Erdogan and his government would be hard, if not impossible to understand, without knowing the historical intellectual, academic, and moral combat between the modernists and Islamist groups working within the country. Mustafa Kamal had turned Turkey, mostly by force, from Ottoman empire into the secular mode influenced by the teachings activists like ZiayGoklap. Mustafa Kamal used the military power to take over the Turkey and forced the last Caliph to Europe. Later on various Islamic revolutionary outfits and countless revolutionaries struggled for the revival of Ottoman empire. Among them Bediuzzaman Said Nursi managed to cast a strong influence through their interpretation of Holy Quran. A little later slow but steady and steadfast effort influenced by Nursi movement continued and remain continuing still, though Islam-shy Western powers managed to create an alternate power structure against sitting President TayyepErdogan. They, however, failed due to result oriented social work delivered by his regime in as Mayor (27-March-1994 to 6-Nov-1998) and then as Prime Minister (March 2003 to August 2014). It is a lesson for all other revolutionaries anywhere in general and Islamic revolutionaries and Governments that if politicians deliver no power can oust them like a bee from butter.

ABSTRACT
Ideology of Pakistan is based on two nation theory that means, to save the distinct religious, political, economic, cultural and social identity of the Muslims of subcontinent .So we can say that the basis of ideology of Pakistan was Islam. The Indian Muslims were very well awared of their aim. They wanted a separate state where they can apply the rule of sovereignty of Allah and teachings of Quran and Sunnah. The most raised slogan was “what mean of Pakistan? لا الہ الا اللہ”۔ . But after the creation of Pakistan some secular groups argued that this slogan was created by some “mullahs” for their benefits after the creation of Pakistan and it was not raised ever before. These secular groups want to create confusion and dubiousness in minds of Pakistani people especially in new generation about two nation theory, Muslim nationalism, Islamic identity and ideological approach of Pakistan. For this purpose they are using some print and electronic media groups and destroying the Pakistan’s Islamic ideological basis as well as Pakistan movement’s history.
This article can help to know what the aim of secular groups is and why media is creating ambiguity in the minds of new generation. It would be proved that, before partition the level of ideological approach of Muslims was higher than now. The methodology of research would be descriptive and analytical. Along with interviews and survey, basic books are consulted regarding the ideology of Pakistan and Pakistani movement written before and after the creation of Pakistan.
