ABSTRACT
The methodology of practicing the various forms of spiritual healing, is referred to as “Ruqyah”, this tradition is as ancient as the religion itself. The belief of using divine spiritual energy to counteract the negative & sometimes satanic forces within Allah’s (SWT) creation has always been a recognized science with our illustrious tradition. As a matter of fact it was the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who affirmed the existence of black magic (sehr), evil eye (al-ayn), jinns (creation created from fire) & the destructive force of envy (hassad). The Messenger (PBUH) equipped His nation with the necessary means to counteract such influences through his blessed practices, (Sunnah) which has been passed down as continuous river of mercy from one generation to the next. But unfortunately we observe in Pakistani Society, that people are using this term in a negative way saying themselves Aamil (Spiritual Healer), and causing negative propagation about Islam and it’s concept of “Ruqyah” ( spiritual healing).

ABSTRACT
The chapter of Individual ownership has always been a bone of contention between Islam and Socialism. Socialism accepts the man's individual ownership on consumable goods but doesn't consider the same for factors of production i.e. land and factories etc. On the other hand, Islam recognizes and accepts the individual ownership on both consumable goods and factors of production. However, Islam has also made a legal system for the rightful use of this individual ownership. Under this legal system, the owner of a factory cannot shut it down by his own will. If the products of this factory are a necessity for general masses and shutting it down is causing trouble for them, the government will force the owner to open the factory for benefit of general masses
The individual ownership on consumable goods and factors of production has existed during the periods of all Prophets of Al Mighty Allah. No Prophet has denied this. The same was done during the life of Prophet Muhammad, before prophet hood and afterwards. Had the important issue of individual ownership of consumable goods and factors of production not valid in Islam, it would certainly have been described in detail in the discussion of lawful and forbidden in Islam. The true reason for giving goods and factors of production in the individual ownership was that a man will increase them through his efforts and grow in the commercial field which will result in benefit of people and country.

ABSTRACT
Ikhtilaf, which means a difference of opinion and diversity of views, especially among the experts of Islamic law, is widely recognized in Islamic tradition as a natural phenomenon. In its meaning of ‘diversity’, ikhtilaf is also a recurring theme in the Qur’an, with references to the diverse phenomena of nature and diversity as a sign of God and proof of God’s existence and creation. According to a saying of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), diversity among the Muslim people is a blessing. Since the beginning of the development of fiqh, ikhtilaf among the jurists not only existed but was also respected.
In Islamic jurisprudence, Fiqhi ikhtilaf (disagreement among the jurists and Islamic Law) is one of the most frequently discussed subjects, yet current studies of Islamic law generally ignore its implications for the development of fiqha and its relevance for law reform in the modern context. It is neither possible nor advisable to analyze the doctrine of ikhtilaf al-fuqaha in detail in this short space. Therefore, we aims to underscore the significance of ikhtilaf al-fuqaha as a rich source for understanding the development of the Islamic legal tradition. In this paper will try to discuss about the limits and limitations of the Fiqhi Disagreements.

ABSTRACT
Imam Razi declares the Holy Quran to be a miracle on account of its unique coherence and cohesion. For the first time in the history of Quranic exegesis, he made a subject of the mutual juxtaposition of Quranic words, sentences, verses and surahs such discussions on the Quranic cohesion as are related to literary and communicative aspects such as metaphor, simile, allusion and syntax. Similarly, he demonstrated the Quranic cohesiveness by beautifully applying the rules and regulations of rhetoric on the verses of the Holy Quran. Such forms of coherence and cohesion did he adopt as can be declared as the fundamentals of the idea of the Quranic cohesion. In this regard, this article is the first such comprehensive study of the Tafseer e Kabir.

ABSTRACT
This study is carried out to verify certain references of the book titled “Quaid-e-Azam Challenge Secularism” (Urdu) compiled by Azad bin Haider. Reading of the book is worth to understand the propaganda of certain quarters, with vested interests, who intend to confuse the people of Pakistan especially the young generation about its Islamic ideological roots. Azad bin Haider has done a great service by compiling an encyclopaedic volume of Quaid’s views supported by authentic references to refute all the arguments of so called progressive elements who are overpowered by the western thoughts and continuously poison the minds of general public on the issue. In the book the reference regarding the relations of Quaid-e-Azam and Syed Abu-al-Ala Mawdudi struck the mind of writer of this article. This study revealed that the author has based the impression of bitter rivalry among both diehard advocates of establishment of an Islamic state in Pakistan by misinterpretation of their differences and ignoring the commonalities of their thoughts. It found, that although there were differences among both great leaders but they kept them under check, refuted jointly, the powerful propaganda of Hindus and nationalist Muslim leaders of United Nationalism (Muttahida Qaumiyat), complemented greatly the efforts of each other to secure and build Pakistan as an Islamic state based on the principles of Quran and Sunnah.

ABSTRACT
The title of article "Critical study of contradiction in the Anti-Islamic western concept of equality" is studying the concept of equality, as the term of 'equality' seems to be good and attractive but the question is that is it practically possible? Different schools of thought have different views of equality and there is a huge disagreement between their views that which type of equality should be impose in the society. In this context Negel raises a question that, what is equality? How can it be understood? Although we know that humans cannot be completely similar they differ in their intelligence, beauty, height, strength, hair color, birth place and in many other issues. According to Collins dictionary of philosophy equality means similarity, for example, equality in opportunities, equality in earning, and equality in rights e.t.c. On the other hand absolute equality means equality in all conditions. According to Cambridge dictionary, equality is the right of different groups of people to have a similar social position and receive the same treatment. Amyrta Sen presents an example for equality that, if the incomes of every person would be equal then that would be an unequal situation because every person performs different task. According to ex-president of American Political Science Association Professor Dowell, it won't be useful if equality would be made standard.Actually in Western philosophy, concept of equality has been divided into two types;(1)Absolute equality (2)Conditional equality. An analysis and critical view in this perspective has been given in the following article so that the actual concept and term of equality could be understood.

The present study is an attempt to comprehend and gain an insight into the nature of the soul given by Ghazali. With his gigantic intellectual stature and an all-encompassing knowledge, Ghazali has exerted his influence on the Islamic thought for nearly nine centuries. Since soul is at the core of Ghazali’s philosophical outlook, so his study of soul comprises the study of its origin, its true nature, its return after body’s death, the purpose behind its creation, its union with body, its supremacy and causes of its pleasure and pain. Fundamentally, the present work focuses on the Ghazalian theory of soul and its intellectual roots with a brief analysis of the Islamic tradition which helped Ghazali to formulate his ideas. This exhilarating odyssey inside human soul will open new panoramas of meaning and contribute to the growing area of research on Islamic thought.

ABSTRACT
The term Secularism, although used frequently, is subject to a variety of meanings. Despite being a subject of criticism by many scholars, the Secularization thesis still plays an important role in defining the main academic discourse on religion. The main contention of this thesis has been the claim that as societies become more modernized, the influence of religions will dramatically decline. However, in recent times, this thesis has come under a thorough critique, due to a perceived rise in the role of religion, even in Western societies. The encounter of Secularism, as an ideology, with the Muslim world, linked mainly with the colonial project, has also been a subject of study by many scholars. The Muslim case has been considered particularly special, because of the still prominent role that religion plays in Muslim societies. Pakistan is a case in point, in that religion has been considered to be the central impetus in the formation of the country in 1947. The main aim of the present study was to determine the impact of the Secular world-view on the youth population of Pakistan. To do this, data from surveys and pre-existing literature was analyzed. The data showed that a clear majority of the youth population of Pakistan still consider religion to be an important part of their lives. Furthermore, a majority identify themselves primarily as Muslims; indicating the role that religion can play in forming a transnational identity. Thus, the Secularization thesis is not an adequate theoretical framework for understanding the dynamics of a society like Pakistan. This paper proposes that new theoretical models be formulated, which take into account cultural, religious, historical factors into account.
