Abstract

Human being, since existence, has been facing various problems. Human Intellect has thought many remedies and plans to resolve these problems. Preservation of Human rights is one of the most important of all these problems. Man on his own part, made his efforts to address the issue of human rights, but in vain.
Havoc caused by the Second World War compelled the nations to establish UNO to avoid blood shed on such a large scale.
UNO, in this context, tried to safeguard the human rights and declared Universal Declaration of the Human Rights but in vain.
As a matter of fact, the edifice of successsful life stands erect on obeying the ways of Allah.The atmosphere of peace and serenity prevails in the society when the people possess remarkable attribute of piety.
In this essay an attempt has been made to throw light on this reality.
