ABSTRACT
It’s a matter of fact that Muslim societies are facing many social and socio-political and religious challenges with contemporary dominant thought. The philosophical domain of Feminism is directly threatening the social aspects of Muslim communities all around the globe. This phenomenon is an important contemporary socio-religious issue which is not only disturbing the moral values of Muslims but also trying to deny the basic teachings of Islam regarding gender rights. It is observed to high extent that Muslim societies and their culture have got influenced by Feminist thought. Feminist theory believes that women should have the equal rights and opportunities as men. They also advocate for equal social, political and economic rights for women. Feminist women are also involved in making fun of Islamic teachings and instructions specially regarding women, Qura’nic teachings and Islamic worship specially Jumma and funeral prayer has also been targeted. Therefore, it is strongly required to critically analyze Feminism, as it has nothing new in its philosophy, instead only changed its manifestations over the period. But it is obvious that Feminism has now become a serious challenge, especially for the new generation because they are more vulnerable to this challenging situation. Despite the Feminists use every possible and available means of propaganda i.e. print, electronic and social media for expanding their thoughts to convince the people specifically the Muslim Youth. The research will explore a balanced solution to counter this modern challenge. The study will answer the questions that what are the effects of Feminism? What are the basic reasons of getting tilted towards Feminism in contemporary modern world and making fun of Islamic teachings? What kind of strategies should be designed to convince Feministic school of thought through Islamic teaching of gender equity and justice? The research will also suggest; what role Muslim scholars should play collectively and individually for (Da’wah) strategies. Lastly it will suggest the legal and ethical mechanism required to be developed into propagate and establish Islamic philosophy of women rights instead of Feministic philosophy.

ABSTRACT
Sub-Continent is unique with regard to foreign intruders thoseare not only invaded subcontinent hailing from western border but also ruled over this rich subcontinent in terms of variety of people and cultures. They ruled over this area with full vigour and introduced series of administrative and educational changes. Mughal era is very pertinent in this regard. In fact, Mughal mostly indulged in the world of luxuries and romance to please and quench their desire of instinct. However, despite all these flaws and short comings, they paid heed to education and literary activities too. Mughal era started with arrival of Zaheer ud din Babar in 1526 A.D ended with Bahadur Shah Zafar following the tragedy of War of Independence 1857 A.D. They amply focused on expansions and constructions of buildings and monuments. ABSTRACT:
Some of Contemporary Muslim critics of Western thoughts and civilization reveal that Western culture, notions and ideas are almost all mendacity and falsehood. So their attitude towards Western thoughts and culture is nearly overall rejection. They try to disprove almost all the Western concepts. The present paper studies the criticism of these Muslim critics of Western thought and culture. It concludes that all the Western notions are not liable to refute. West is not a norm of untruth (Batil).Truth (Haq) is not only the heritage of the East. Truth doesn't turn into falsehood by mere adoption of the West and falsehood doesn't turn into truth by only acceptance of the East. Muslims should take the western notions critically and should accept of those compatible with Islamic concepts and reject contradicting to it.

ABSTRACT:
As for the inheritance of a person who hold such estoeric belief and doctrines that contradict Islam, Therefore according to the teachings of Islam he is not entitled to inherit from his Muslim relatives and they do not inherit from him as well because disparity in religion is one of the impediments of inheritence. A Muslim can not inherit from a non-Muslim relative nor can a non-Muslim inherit from his Muslim relative. Usaamah Ibn Zayd (R.A) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said "A Muslim is not allowed to inherit (any thing from a) non Muslim and non-Muslim is not allowed to inherit from a Muslim (Al-Bukhari, Muslim) and So it approved from the above mentioned Hadees but the issue that has become more common in non-muslim countries is related to those persons who have converted to islam and are living in these countries.According to Sharia they are not allowed to take their part in inheritance but in some cases the situation becomes harmful for the muslims when this estate is allocated to any NGO or organization which uses it against muslim interests so the question arises,is it not better for the converted Muslims to take their share of inheritance according to country law considering a gift from their non-muslim relatives.
The fallowing discussion is about this issue.

ABSTRACT:
Diplomacy is a very old concept. Amongst nations and countries diplomacy has a very important role. This department has been existing long before Islam. There were agreements of war and pacts of peace and trade amongs people. This department became very solid in the period of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). The Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) established relations with the other rulers of different countries which were very much useful for the growth of Islam.
When Islam spread in Non-Arab countries the Islamic Diplomats displayed wonderful services in the time of Hazrat Umar (R.A.). Hazrat Umar (R.A) belonged to Banu Addi Tribe and this tribe was appointed as diplomats. For this reason Hazrat Umar (R.A) had been the Ambassador of the Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) and Advisor of Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A).He provided such principles of diplomacy for which it is difficult to get examples in the history with his knowledge, bravery and fearlessness.

ABSTRACT:
The term terrorism is being used frequently for the past two decades and at present this term has now become the most popular topic of discussion among political, education and social sectors of the society. However the dilemma is that there is no precise, single definition which is mutually agreed upon by the nations of the world. Sometimes a soldier of one nation becomes a symbol of threat for the opposing nation, at the same time a truly patriotic soldier of one state becomes a terrorist for another state. For this very reason scholars, as well as the common man seems puzzled, divided and confused in this regard.
Therefore this article will analyze the various definitions, descriptions as well as the difference between movement of freedom and terrorism. So that on one hand the correct application of the term can be used, on the other hand the concept of attributing every Muslim political opponent with the newly created universal phenomenon of terrorism can be abolished.
