ABSTRACT
Fundamental rights are of different kinds depending upon the core rights established with the passage of time; the right to utter once expression is said to be the freedom of speech got most important right in this era. History reveals that this right has been evolved due to esteemed sacrifices. The right of freedom of speech is also correlated with a duty of care and infinite jurisdiction has not wanted either by law or by the norms of society. The constitution of Pakistan has clearly postulated this fundamental right and Apex courts of Pakistan have always interpreted the right to speech with prudent mind.

ABSTRACT:
The beginning of modern movement for women's rights traces with the establishment of organization, "The united Nations" which came out into existence as a result of Second World War In this connection, conferences as a result of Mexico, Copenhagen, Nairobi, and in Beijing under the supervision of U.N in which first of all demand for women's rights and then the demand for equal rights of women grew powerful. Initially in the Islamic world it began from Egypt and then started whole world of Islam from Turkey, Iran and Afghanistan. And eventually how it got transformed into the deception of women's independence from women's right, is not only a moment of anxiety for Islamic world but for the whole humanity as well.

ABSTRACT
The subject of Human Rights in general has been a topic of wide ranging discussions and debate on different forums of the world. Throughout the course of history Human Rights always attained an utmost importance in the minds of sages and philosophers. It warmly received universal acclamation by all segments of societies and people of all creeds particularly in the contemporary world as a dominant human rights ideology.
Human dignity and honour are considered as among the most important human rights in Islam. Islam treats them as sacred and inviolable. The sanctity, honour and dignity of a person is not only recognized in Islam, rather both the individual and state are held under obligation to protect the repute and dignity of a person.
The current article is an endeavour torefresh and enhance the knowledge of the readers on human rights in the perspective of Law and Shariah and thus develops a fresh outlook concerning concepts of the man’s honour and repute.
