Abstract

Married life is an important aspect of human society, on which a prosperous life depends. Almost every Culture, civilization and religion Legislate for family life. There is a part of these laws to end the marital relationship which is denoted by "DIVORCE". Divorce is mentioned in detail in Islamic Sharia, and there were several specific terms for divorce is used in Islamic religion for example Talaq, Iela and khul'a etc but generally the man has the power to divorce her wife in islamic laws, while the women, just in specific conditions, can take divorce by the court with a deal in which she gives her dower to her husband and takes divorce from his husband. This process is known as "KHUL'A".
