No society allows an individual to dishonor a fellow human being, thus it is important in itself to think rightly about the "concept of honor" that what actually HONOR is. ‘Islam' has prearranged the particular guiding principles and valuable strategies about this genuine and earnest matter that ought to concern every individual prudently. The research focuses on the correct understanding of Islamic teachings in the process of preserving/protecting human personal honor and dignity. Islam teaches us that if people are being dishonored we should defend their honor. Human honor and dignity is reexamined in this research from two major perspectives. Human honor and dignity in media and in societal relations. Both aspects are elaborated extensively and the conclusions are drawn to show that honor and dignity is for all humans whether big or small, good or bad, rich or poor, literate or illiterate, our dear ones or strangers. Islam does not permit one’s honor to be abused. Everyone is equally honorable and above from all other creations on earth.
Educational Experiences of both students and teachers plays an important role in acquiring and transferring the knowledge. Experiences expands and attitudes refined as people come to interact with different environments. Nowadays, everyone has a lack of time and resources to interact and enhance their experiences and refine their attitudes. Media playing an important role to display variety of programs’ categorized as news, entertainment, plays, documentaries and informational. This study was going to conduct to identify the impact of media on students’ and teachers’ educational experiences expansion and refining the Islamic attitudes, to suggest the ideas for the use of media information in increasing educational experiences and refining Islamic attitude. The objectives of the study were achieved through the research questions: what is the role of media in increasing the educational experiences and refining Islamic attitudes, what category of media programs can support in increasing the educational experiences and refining the Islamic attitudes and how the media can play its role in increasing educational experiences and refining Islamic attitude, for students and teachers. Data was collected through observation of the different programs on media and interviewing the educational expert. A survey questionnaire developed on a 5 point Likert scale was also used to identify the impact of media in increasing the educational experiences for both teachers and students. The results of the study highlights that media is an important agent for enhancing the experiences and refining religious attitudes, as different plays, documentaries and news broaden the outlook. But it does not systematically focused on increasing educational experiences and Islamic attitudes of the students and the teachers to support the teaching-learning process and Islamic character in the classrooms.
This study is going to analyze the Editorials treatment of Daily Dawn and Daily Jang on Kargil war which broke out right after nuclear tests 1998. Kargil war carried enormous importance because it was considered as the core reason for erupting prospective first nuclear war between two neighboring countries India and Pakistan. This study will carry content analysis of editorial from Daily Dawn and Daily Jang, reason is to know the portrayal of the Kargil situation by both leading newspapers editorials. This study will be conducted to discover whether the dawn and Jang worked upon the conflict resolution when the war was gradually becoming more critical and challenging for the region’s security and stability.
Media is assumed as an influential and vocal interpreter of events and happenings, its ultimate duty is to report the real scenario of an incident and attempt to resolve the prevailing conflict. When it comes to state’s security and national interest then there will be a chance that Print Media would support national or governmental stance and policies but most of the time, it is assumed and acted as the most neutral and unbiased reporter of the situation. By utilizing the editorials of Dawn and Jang, this study will find out the Editorial pattern of both the newspapers regarding conflict resolution in Kargil war. This study will examine whether these newspapers Editorials possess conflict resolution approach, or aggravate the conflict in highly critical situation of Kargil war especially post nuclear tests scenario.

This question is oftenly raised about our media that does it deliver news timely and in national interest or not?. Specially TV Channels don't present true facts. I have written this article to analyses the news authenticity of Pro. Dr. Shakeel Auj, Dean of Islamic Studies, University of Karachi. After observing/analyzing news of his murder. It is disclosed that many contradictions and flaws are found in the news.
