Abstract

The life of Holy Prophet (SAW) provides a man with a guideline to fulfill his religious and spiritual responsibilities, along with his economic responsibilities, in an optimum way. In an Islamic society, employees do their duty as their religious obligation rather. They strive for public welfare and reciprocity rather than making bribery their source of income. Quitting luxuries, they lead a simple and content life. If a man is inclined to illegal ways of income, he loses himself in the delights of life and forgets his real obligations. The income gained through illegal ways causes many issues in a society such as concentration of wealth in few hands. The emotions like hatred, jealously and inferiority complex are produced in the lower class. The followers of Muhammad (SAW) moderately utilize their halal income. They meet the needs of others from their Nathaniel (god-gifted) livelihood. This ensures the just distribution of wealth in a society. Kind behavior and cooperation with subordinates and colleagues is also indispensable for a good professional atmosphere. The purpose of this is research paper is to highlight the needs and importance of the employees of the present era to fulfill their duties ideally in the light of the life of Holy Prophet (SAW), earn halal livelihood, and treat their colleagues and subordinates kindly. The research paper followed narrative and analytical approach.
