Abstract

Qur'an is the blessing for mankind and is one of the fundamental sources of guidance. Qur'an was revealed on the heart of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) during 23 years of his life. One of the questions regarding Qur'an is the exact timing of the beginning of its revelation. This article discusses the possible answer using different historical sources.
